Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in La Zubia und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Fran. Obwohl wir spät in der Nacht ankamen, empfing er uns herzlich und zeigte uns alles. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte schnell auf Fragen und Probleme und gab uns tolle Ausflugstipps.Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der großzügige Garten, die gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Pool mit seiner tollen Abendbeleuchtung und die herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge.Auch die Ausstattung war hervorragend: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine und Geschirr sowie Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Grill. Uns hat nichts gefehlt!Die Lage ist ideal. Das Zentrum von La Zubia ist fußläufig erreichbar, Lidl und Mercadona liegen in der Nähe und ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist nur 7–10 Autominuten entfernt.

We’ve just had a 3 night stay in Frans house and had a fantastic time. The outside space was amazing and is even better than the photos. The bus stop to Grenada was just outside the house and there was a supermarket within easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and powerful showers. Great comfortable outdoor seating areas/spaces as well. Fran was a great host, very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

We had the most wonderful one week stay at Fran's Cuadra. It was what I think a vaction is meant to be. Being behind two automatic gates in a pristine private park with a pool was decadent and lovely. The air conditioning is phenomenal and cools down the house instantly on those hot Granada days. It is about a 10 minute drive from downtown and from the Alhambra. 1 minute from the Mercadona is also a huge bonus. Seriously, if you are planning to go to Granada and want the whole experience, this is the place to stay. If we could give it 6 or 7 stars, we would. <3

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The property grounds are beautiful, incredibly peaceful, and offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, as it was the perfect retreat just outside of the city.​The location is ideal if you want some quiet. Having a bus stop conveniently located right outside the property gate that gets you into town in about 15 minutes was a massive plus.​Fran was an excellent host. He was very communicative and quick to address any needs we had. We also made great use of the wonderful pool and barbeque area during our time there. Wow nous avons adoré notre petit coin de paradis à la Zubia :) localisation idéale si vous cherchez une endroit très proche de Grenade et de la sierra nevada pour de belles randonnées, les deux étant à 15 minutes de voiture. Jardin magnifique avec fleurs, beaucoup de jasmin. Maison charmante et très confortable. Si vous voyagez en famille ou cherchez à vous installer pour vous reposer tout en découvrant les environs ceci est l’endroit parfait ! Notre partie préféré du voyage entre autre grâce à la maison :) piscine ouverte tôt dans l’année, eau pour notre séjour laissé par l’hôte, tout ceci était très attentionné et apprécié.

Outdoor space was incredible. Kids loved the ability to play around the villa. Location allowed easy bus route into Granada. Stunning view over the mountains. We had such a fabulous Easter holiday here. Easy to drive to ski in the Sierra Nevada, and even dip in the pool after, running out in the nearby countryside, Santa semana in amazing Granada, the beach, the Wild West film studio!
